Is it possible to create artificial solar wind?

Hardy Newman believes that solar wind is NOT a product of an explosion like the explosion of trinitrotoluene explosive. There is no such explosion of such strength to create solar wind because the solar attraction field is very strong. Hardy Newman believes that solar wind is the product of the solar repulsion field. Initially, solar wind is a small body of rich-neutron matter and the body is blowed away from the Sun by strong repulsion field produced by the Sun.

So, is it possible to create artificial solar wind? The short answer is yes. What it takes is to create a small body of rich-neutron matter near the Sun. That small body of rich-neutron matter will be blowed away from the Sun by the strong repulsion field produced by the Sun. Hardy Newman believes that the core of a nuclear bomb explosion, where the temperature may reach millions of degree Celsius, contains a significant amount of rich-neutron matter. If a nuclear bomb explodes near the Sun, the radioactive dust will be blowed away in the similar way to solar wind and it should be called artificial solar wind.

Letting a nuclear bomb explode near the Sun does not violate the Outer Space Treaty of 1967 because the Treaty is applicable to military purposes only, but this test is purely for scientific purpose, Hardy Newman believes. He also belives that such nuclear explosion will not affect the Earth because it is unlikely that the radioactive dust will hit the Earth. Even if the radioactive dust hits the Earth, radioactivity caused by the nuclear explosion will be low enough to become harmless to the Earth.
