why are galaxies and the universe not collapsing but expanding instead?

Whether galaxies and the Universe expand or contract is defined by the percentage of rich-neutron matter that makes up the galaxies and the Universe, believed by Hardy Newman, a Vietnamese physics theorist. He believes that the Universe is made of only two sorts of matter, poor-neutron matter, the matter that is made of 118 well-known chemical elements, and rich-neutron matter. Rich-neutron matter produces repulsion field and the repulsion field, in turn, exerts repulsion force on the surrounding bodies of rich-neutron matter. Poor-neutron matter produces attraction field and the attraction field, in turn, exerts attraction force on the surrounding bodies of poor-neutron matter. Because the Universe is made of these two sorts of matter, if the percentage of rich-neutron matter is high, the percentage of poor-neutron matter will be low. And the reverse also holds true.

Hardy Newman has also indicated that the percentage of rich-neutron matter in the inner parts of galaxies is higher than that in their outer parts. Galaxies then behave like a soccer ball in which the poor-neutron matter in the outer parts acts like the outer casing of a soccer ball and the rich-neutron matter in the inner parts acts like the compressed air of a soccer ball. If the percentage of rich-neutron matter is high enough, this "soccer ball" will expand and the reverse also holds true.

This rule is also applicable to the entire Universe. The percentage of rich-neutron matter in the inner parts of the Universe is higher than that in the edge of the Universe, and such rich-neutron matter acts like the compressed air of a soccer ball. The percentage of poor-neutron matter is higher in the edge of the Universe and lower in the inner parts of the Universe. So, the poor-neutron matter acts like the casing of a soccer ball that always tries to contract the ball. If the percentage of rich-neutron matter in the inner parts of the Universe is high enough, the Universe will expand. The reverse also holds true. If the percentage of rich-neutron matter in the inner parts of the Universe is low, the Universe will contract.
